Phu Phong and Quy Nhon
On the second day of arriving in Vietnam, I took a flight to Phu Phong - I travelled with my Uncle 4 and his new wife (of 10 days)
Above is some typical country side that we passed along the way. Back in the day (before 1975) my Grandad owned a lot of this land - and my dad's family was very well known in this area. The land was mainly used for growing rice.
We then had an ice coffee break at this beach
And a dragon fly landed on my shirt!
We had a seafood feast for lunch - including the above prawns as well as squid and small crabs
The seafood had been caught from the sea that we were sitting opposite - they lower these nets and haul it in

On the left is my Uncle Trung, then Uncle 4, and their friend!
