My First Million

Helen and I have embarked on a new enterprise. What it is, you see, is that we'll be flogging trendy home ware decorative products at a low, low price.

The finalities to our business are yet to be made. However, I am trialling the product at this weekend's famous Melville Markets.

The pile of product is featured to the left. They're decorative canvasses, that have a function for every room in the house. Pretty much, they'll make your boring room look extremely stylish and hip. (Yes, HIP!).

Ultimate

In an effort to show that I’m a team player, I joined the work Ultimate Frisbee team.
We’ve played 2 games now and by default, remain undefeated.
This is due to our opposition not showing up yesterday, cause they misread the fixtures….that may be an indication of the sort of talent we’re up against.

For those who are unfamiliar; its similar to netball rules, played with a Frisbee on a rugby-sized field.
Yes, I can now run the length of a rugby field – but only just.

The Race Is On

Went to Ascot yesterday, for Melbourne Cup.
I won nothing.
I had a lot to drink.
I spent a lot of money.

But the day was heaps of fun!

Mo-vember

Its that time of year again, the hairy month of Mo-vember.
Go On. Grow a Mo, Make a Friend.

What have I been up to? Sadly, ended up at the Red Sea last Friday. Once Larissa got into the Jeigerbombs, I knew it was time to forfeit - I couldn't compete with that.

Checked out Flipside, a newish burger joint next to Mojos, North Freo. Not bad and you can BYO. Also watched Little Miss Sunshine.. I highly recommend this film.

What else? Work overpaid me and I'm not fessing up. I suppose I'm always overpaid though, seeing as this entire blog is upkept during work hours.
