Monday Boredom

Not much happened, this cold Monday.
So here's a photo of my desk at work. I need to do something to spruce it up... but I guess regardless of what I do - contract management aint gonna get much more exciting.
Work seem to have overpaid me $100. I should probably use that to pay off my traffic infringement. .. grrr.

Helen and I spent today watching DVDs...Dan In Real Life and Definitely Maybe. We ate Chicken Treat (haven't you heard? Its the new KFC!). We ate almond choc wedges. And we had a bit of a play around with the timer on my new camera too.

Saturday Nights

It was a cold and wet night, so Jeremy and I decided on the ol' dinner and movie date. We went to our new favourite Vietnamese restaurant - Phi Yen. Not surprisingly I ordered the 'Bun Bo Hue', which we have nicknamed Stinky Beef, as the fragrance of the soup is not something everyone is accustomed to.

We then saw Get Smart - very funny, and Anne Hathaway is just damn hot.

I got new layers in my hair today!
Pretty good for a $24 cut from 'Just Cuts'.
I'm happy with it.

Carly and I ventured to Harvey Norman in Osborne Park today.... and... left with my new Olympus digital camera! 8 mega pixels and 5 times optical zoom. Oh babies.
Carly's friend did us a deal, that was too good to pass up.
Now I'm all set to take many happy snaps, especially on the upcoming holiday in Vietnam.
Yay :) Only 13 days to go!

Girly Night

Had a girly night with Dannielle and Sarah - pictured are our antics in Sarah's living room. We did eventually make it to the casino, where I lost $5 on Roulette and was refused entry to the Ruby Room.
Sun was out as I travelled home, some greasy food did not really help my recovery - its been a painful day. Good times though :)
