I was able to apply my ‘core strength’ developed through months of pilates, to keep me from flying off.

As you can see, Dannielle and Sarah rode on into the night….

Louise's 24th was celebrated with cocktails.

Now she's old, like the rest of us. ...

In other news, pilates continues at a fast pace. Last night I got corrected 3 times for wrong technique. Childhood traumas of being called out in class, came flooding back.
I'll be positioning my mat in the rear from now on.

Update on my Exciting Life

We lost the last Frisbee game. The guys were rough and we were weak.
The finals are next week and we play them again, great. We're currently second on the ladder.

Louise turned 24 yesterday! And we will be celebrating on Saturday night.
I will take photos, blog-worthy photos.

Julian is back for Christmas.....! So everyone should view MY blog while he's in hiatus, for their regular update on his bowel movements and other bowel related matters.
Actually, don't check my blog - nothing ever happens on here anyway, and the less known about Julian's Poo, the better.
